Made from supple Dark Brown Utah calf with a genuine Dainite rubber sole, these shoes will quickly become one of your favourite pair of shoes. At Sons of Henrey, we have become known for our incredible choice of leather. Here, we use the highest grade Utah calf, supplied to us by the world renown Tannerie Haas (FR)
The leather is vegetable tanned, which means that the leather will have the chance to age over time. A mixture of different fats are added to the leather, which gives Utah calf its famous suppleness. With the use of wax (we recommend Saphir Dark Brown wax), the leather can be polished to a high gloss.
Made on the Elegant Round last, the shoes feature a narrow waist, medium instep height and medium width across the ball. At the toe and under the vamp, there is extra volume for your feet. The heel to ball dimension, critical for a good fit, is the same for all Sons of Henrey lasts. We advise you to take the same size as you would in Carmina or Crockett & Jones. Size down half a size from your Edward Green or Gaziano & Girling size, and size up half a size from your Carlos Santos size.
